She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Joseph Faulk and Nettie Barbee Faulk; her husband Roy Curtis Smith; her daughter Judy Hudson; her grandchildren, Crystal Hudson, Larry Hudson and Donald Smith, Jr.; and her siblings, Mavis, Susie, Ruby, George, Allen, James, Jack, Joe, Claude and Harry.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Smith Fields, Becky "Corky" Diane Smith and Donald Curtis Smith (Teresa) of Vass; her grandchildren, Jamie Fields and Reed Smith; and her great grandchildren, Tristan Fields, Jayden Locklear and Bryson Locklear.
