She was predeceased by: her parents, Duncan Smith and Margie Foster Smith; her former husband LeRoy Collins; her husband Bill Anderson; her daughter Vickie Collins; and her siblings, Rebecca Arthur, Duncan, Jr., Robert Daniel and Roy Curtis Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Ralph Collins of Carthage, Charles Collins (Barbara) of Vass, Wayne Collins of Burlington, Tammy Hobgood (Mike) of Vass and Kathy Fowler of Vass; and her caregiver Lisa Kelly. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, thirty-three great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.
