He was predeceased by: his mother Lula Hales Bibey; and his siblings, Rebecca Ann Bibey, Rickey Bibey and David Michael Bibey. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Williams Bibey; his children, Ashley Marie Smith (John) of Vass and Robert Bibey of Vass; his sister Bonnie Bibey Vigario (Jose) of Vass; and his granddaughter Anna Marie Smith.
