He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore R. Brady and Pansy Maness Brady; his wife Rose Brady; his daughter Mary Ellen Johnson; and his brothers, W. C. Brady and Harry Brady.
He is survived by: his children, Rose Marie O'Daniel of Norman, David Brady (Alice) of Vass, Sandra Brady of Charlotte, Debra McNair (Timothy) of Aberdeen and Jerald Brady (Kay Warren) of Southern Pines; and his siblings, Jane of Vass, T. R. Brady (Judy) of Roxboro, John Brady (Mercedes) of Alaska and Isaac Brady of Franklinville. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.
