He was predeceased by: his father Lonnie "Alvin" Tillman; his brother Ted Tillman; his father-in-law Thomas Heilman; and his sister-in-law Karen Heilman. He is survived by: his mother Alma "Doris" Curl Tillman; his wife Brenda Tillman; his mother-in-law Grace Heilman; his children, Andrea Tillman Baker (Dustin) of Raleigh, Alex Tillman (Amie) of Farmington, Jeremy Tillman of St. Louis and Deanne Tillman of Belleville; his grandchildren, Mayes, Reese Baker, Henri Tillman, Jay Hale and Everett Tillman; his sister Lori Barbier; his brother-in-law Newt Heilman; his nieces, Becca, Sara Heilman and Erica Walters (Doug); and his nephew Kevin Tillman (Megan). He is also survived by extended family and countless friends.
