He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Jay Mullavey, Sr. and Nellie Mae Braun Mullavey; and his son Gregory Joseph Mullavey. He is survived by: his wife Judith Riggott Mullavey; his daughter Jodi Mullavey (Stephen Williams); his sister Donna Dwinnell; and his granddaughter Addelaide Williams.
