He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Joseph and Mary Louella Burgan; and his brother John G. Burgan. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Burgan; his children, Elmer Joseph Burgan of Oregon and Heidi Burgan Thomes (Chris) of Virginia; and his grandchildren, Cassidy, Katie, Abbie and Gracie.
