It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Tommie Garner of Vass, North Carolina, born in Robbins, North Carolina, who passed away on May 14, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearlie Garner and Rosa Bullington Garner; his wife Betty McIntosh; and his sisters, Zenobia Richardson and Rachel Richardson.
He is survived by: his daughter Pamela Whitesell; his granddaughter Britt Whitesell Biles (Lacey); and his great grandchildren, Talbot and Hough Biles.
