He is survived by: his siblings, Tammy Collins Hobgood (Mike) of Lobelia, Kathy Collins Fowler, Ralph Edward Collins of Carthage and Roy Wayne Collins of Burlington. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
