She was predeceased by: her father James Johnson; her son William Cook; and her siblings, Loretta, Doretta, James and Richard.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Smith (Zannie) of Vass and Renee Harris (Keith) of Arizona; and her sister Ethelyne. She is also survived by five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
