She was predeceased by: her father Richard Anderson DeMott. She is survived by: her husband Roby Futrell; her children, Nicky Futrell (Becky), Andy Futrell (Cheryl), Dona Ashby, Philip Futrell (Ellen) and Christopher Futrell (Amy); her grandchildren, Randi Hebner (Aaron), Elizabeth Futrell and Will Futrell; her stepgrandsons, Chad and Cory Jones; and her great grandchildren, Atlas Hebner, Maddie Jones and Jett Jones.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Ada Futrell to Disabled American Veterans or Boys and Girls Clubs of America.
