He is survived by: his wife Wanda; his children, Timothy Avery (Jessica) and Angel Worthington (Charles); his nephew Alex Avery; his grandchildren, Brantlee, William "Kolby" Avery, Madilyn, Laura and Aubrey Worthington; his parents, Louis Avery and Velma "Jean" Avery; and his siblings, Louis Avery (Sandra), Randy Avery (Tonya), Paul Avery (Heather) and Lisa Lancaster (Gary). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
