She was predeceased by: her parents, William Murphy and Irene Murphy; her husband John Willis Powell; and her daughter Juanita Anne Pina. She is survived by: her sons, John David Powell of Waltham, MA, Richard Powell (Suzanne) of Greenville, NC and Patrick Joseph Powell (Nicole) of Shirley, MA; and her siblings, Barbara Farren, Paul Murphy and Edward Murphy. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.
