He is survived by: his close friend Dakota; his wife Frances Carol Lewis; his children, David Adam Smith (Jennifer) and Summer Locklear (Michael Day); his grandchildren, Lynnsey Smith, Little Buddy and Liam Smith; and his pet Dakota Lewis. He is also survived by aunt, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
