She is survived by: her daughter Kelly Smith; her sister Patricia McMillen; her nieces, Tammi Holbrook (Chip) and Amy McMillen-Metzgar; her nephew Andrew McMillen (Somer); her great-nephew Brandon; her great-niece Amy Moore; her grand-pups, Emmett and Winston; her son Kevin Smith (Dawn); and her granddaughter Megan Smith.
