She was predeceased by: her parents, John Oscar Worsley and Leatha Worsley; her husband William Eddie Lewis; her brothers, Jarvis, Pete and Jerome; and her pet Tabby.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Lewis Skipper (Jim) and Eddie Lewis (Cindy); her grandchildren, Leslie Skipper Seipp, Lauren Hill James (Brian) and John David Hill; her great grandchildren, Anisley, Sadie Ruth, Colton, Rowan and Cora; and her sister Mavis Worsley.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wilkerson Funeral Home & Crematory - Greenville (2100 E 5th St, Greenville, NC 27858). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bethel Cemetery (29610 W Lewis St, Bethel, NC 27812).
