She was predeceased by: her husband Dempsey Julius Holland; her daughter Tina Holland Parker; and her siblings, Ed Whitehurst, Sr., James "Buddy" Whitehurst, Dorothy Edwards Whitehurst, Jean Hazel Pierce (Pat), Selma W. Best and Connie McGrath.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jacob Holland and Maggie Holland; her son Gregory Dempsey Holland (Carolyn) of Belvoir; her siblings, Alma Webb (Crockett) of Atlanta, Georgia. and Bobby Whitehurst of Pactolus, NC; her son-in-law Charles Parker of Greenville, NC; her grandchildren, Jacob Gregory Holland (Mady) of Erie, CO and Maggie Lu Holland (Veronica) of Boiling Springs, SC; and her great grandchildren, Riley Holland, Jackson Holland and Jayce Holland.
