It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Minnie Dawson (Vanceboro, North Carolina), born in Washington, North Carolina, who passed away on November 4, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Jonathen Dawson; her sisters, Margaret Bryant (Henry), Shirley Pires and Pansie Frater; and her sisters-in-law, Lula Mae Bond, Betty Smith (Andrew), Dorothy Hargett (Alden) and Ora Mewborn. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate live plants and/or dish gardens.
