She was predeceased by: her parents, Tommie Bowen and Lizzie Mae Bowen; her husband Ralph Dean Fouts; and her siblings, Arthur Lee Bowen, Thomas Bowen and Irene Garris.
She is survived by: her daughters, Wanda Suggs (Mitchell) and Anita Millard (Charles); her grandson Michael Paul Suggs; and her sisters, Dorothy Ward and Judy Faulkner.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Evergreen Memorial (5971 Dudley Rd, Grifton, NC 28530).
