It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marvin Douglas Ross of Vanceboro, North Carolina, who passed away on November 19, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Brenda Ross; his parents, Marvin Ross and Amie S. Ross; and his brothers, Alfonzo Ross and Hilt Ross.
He is survived by: his close friend Kathy Taylor; his son Michael Ross (Meredith); his sister Marlene Haddock (Peter); his grandchildren, Nathan Ross, Mary Taylor Ross and Ava Kilcoyne; his nephews, Joe Ross (Brenda), Jimmy Faulkner (Leigh Anne) and Chad Faulkner; his sister-in-law Wanda Nobles; his nieces, Lisa Nobles and Kimberly Brock (Chris); and his pets, Duke and Phoebe.
