She is survived by: her caregiver Mae; her son Michael Shugart of Greenville; her grandchild Kelly Tate of Mobile, AL; her son Stephen Shugart of Greenville; her grandchildren, Bailey Shugart of Matera and Kristin Parsons of Franklin, TN.; and her caregiver Nyleha.
