We are sad to announce that on March 23, 2024, at the age of 92, Lucille Chandler Nobles of Vanceboro, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence Ray Nobles; her parents, Geneva Porter Waters and John Robert Chandler; her siblings, Robert Chandler, LeRoy Chandler, Darrell Chandler, Dorothy Chandler and Gloria Chandler Hollowell; and her sisters-in-law, Lillian Nobles Carrow and Patsy Bell Lee.
