With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Louise Rouse O'Neal of Vanceboro, North Carolina, who passed away on July 3, 2024 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Kirby O'Neal; her parents, James Elbert and Georgia Mills; her siblings, Peggy Cannon and Marvin Rouse; and her nephew John David Cannon.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Bunn Dilda (James Daniel, Jr.) of Farmville, April Bunn of Snow Hill and Tina Louise Bunn Heath (Jay) of Winterville; her stepdaughter Kathleen Armstrong; her grandchildren, Bradley West, Samantha Hardee (Rigo), Stephanie Kerns, Joshua Dilda (Nichole), Erica Styron, Ethan Heath and Owen Heath; her great grandchildren, Jacob, Lily, Maria, Carter, Layla, Erick, Kensley, Hendrix, Colby, Leah and Aubree; her siblings, Teresa Harrell, Eugene Rouse, Robert Rouse (Sandra) and Steve Rouse; her aunts, Shirley Taylor (Danny) and Mary Stallings; and her close friend Ann Jones.
