King David Nelson Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of King David Nelson of Vanceboro, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 30, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wes Nelson and Bertha Nelson. He is survived by: his wife Emyla Barnhill Nelson; his daughters, Tammy Nelson Cox (Mark A. Cox), Tiffany Nicole Nelson (Greg T. Knowles) and Kristen Nelson Dorman; his grandchildren, Kelsey Lynn Cox, Cameron J. Knowles, Sydney C. Knowles and Matthew A. Knowles; and his siblings, Kenneth R. Nelson and Carolyn Nelson Knox of Pitt County. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
