She is survived by: her husband John Hallow; her children, Johny Hallow (Karson) of Edenton and Maggie Tilley (Hunter) of Southern Pines; her pets, Barkley, Bandit, Franklin and Fox; her sister Gina Colie of La Grange; and her sister-in-law Diane Colie of La Grange. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Wilkerson Funeral Home & Crematory - Greenville (2100 E 5th St, Greenville, NC 27858). A memorial service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.

One quick memory of meeting her was at Green Park in Raleigh back in 2010 or so. We met at the beach vb courts & I answered a simple question that helped her connect the dots regarding beach vb. From then on, Kim could not do enough for me & my family. It is like if you help her with one tiny thing, she would go out of her way to always help you We love you”
