He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Ross and Pearl Paramore Ross; and his siblings, Douglas Ross, Betty Pearl Bishop and Shirlyn Ross Evans.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Paramore Ross; his children, Deana Ross Yonally (Jim) of Emerald Isle, Kenya Ross Williams (Joey) of Goldsboro and Kenton Douglas Ross (Misty) of Greenville; his grandchildren, Ross Askew, Loni Nixon (Gevin), Jimmy Yonally (Crystal), Hunter Williams, Colin Williams, Emily Williams, Benjamin Williams, Waverly Davis, Pierson Davis, Merrick Davis and Calder Ross; his great grandchildren, Baylor Nixon and Natalie Yonally; and his sister Kay Ertel (Juergen Ertel). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the Wilkerson Funeral Home & Crematory - Greenville (2100 E 5th St, Greenville, NC 27858). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
