She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leon Smith and Jessie Smith; her husband William Benjamin Manning (Billy); her siblings, LJ, Betty, Dorothy, Payne and Preston; her daughters, Gelea Fillingame (Harry) of Vanceboro, NC, Kay Armstrong (Mark) of Goldsboro, NC and Cathy Bodle (Rob) of New Bern, NC; her grandsons, Matthew Fillingame (Amber) and Charles Armstrong; and her great grandchildren, Gabriel and Riley Fillingame.
