As we bid adieu to Joyce Elaine Greene's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Joyce Elaine Greene has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Lee Harrell; her parents, Harold Greene and Florence Greene; and her brothers, Arnold Greene and Darrel Bruce Greene.
She is survived by: her children, Robin Elaine Wyrick (Bert) of Ayden, John Steven Harrell of Greenville and Lori Jeane Harrell (Thomas Harris) of Greenville; and her brother Stanley Miles Greene (Joyce) of Brevard. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wilkerson Funeral Home & Crematory - Greenville (2100 E 5th St, Greenville, NC 27858). A graveside service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Homestead Memorial Gardens (4251 E 10th St, Greenville, NC 27858).
