We are sad to announce that on August 15, 2024, at the age of 83, Joseph Andrew Motley of Vanceboro, North Carolina, born in Columbus, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jenner P. Motley and Mary H. Motley; his wife Emily; and his son Jeffrey Motley. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Davis (Joe) and Joel Motley (Tami); his stepdaughters, Beverly Smith and Kathy Powell; his sister Gail Brooks (Terry); his grandchildren, Jordan, Jillian, Jenna, Julia, Jacob and Steven; and his pets, Gracie, Robin and Punkin.
