He is survived by: his daughters, Kaiya Patton of Wilson and Summer Patton of Wilson; his parents, Dean Patton and Deanna Patton of Cary; his sister Joanna Murray (Raleigh); his sister-in-law Denise Rouse (Winterville); and his former wife Danusia Honeycutt of Wilson.
