He is survived by: his wife Ellen W. Lancaster; his children, Danny Lancaster (Lynn) of New Bern and Sandra Nobles (Troy) of Vanceboro; his brother Thomas Lancaster (Diane) of Bladenboro, NC; his sister-in-law Paula Odham of New Bern; his grandchildren, Branden Bloomberg (Rachel) of New Bern, Amanda Smyer (Brian) of Vanceboro, Steven Lancaster of Wilmington, Jonathan Fulcher (Emily) of New Bern, Robbie Nobles (Kelli) of Vanceboro, Logan Nobles of Vanceboro and Ruby Lancaster of Jacksonville; his great grandchildren, Andrew, Shilen, Liam, Kerri, Nina and Alyssa; and his great great grandchild Carter. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
