He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Taylor and Rena Moore Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Bess Taylor; his daughter Melody Taylor of Greenville; his grandchildren, Jamie Wainwright, Perry Wainwright and Emily Shattuck (Nolan); his great grandchildren, Logan Wainwright, Harper and Riley Shattuck; and his siblings, Grace Winstead, Jean Clark, Dorothy Lassiter and Gary Taylor.
