He is survived by: his wife Brenda Smith Ipock; his daughters, Dana Palmer (Rob) and Diane Manning (Bobby); his grandchildren, Logan Palmer (Meg) and Caitlyn Wells (Ethan); his siblings, Judith Chance (Joe), Kenneth Ipock (Rita) and Donald Ipock (Celeste); his nieces and nephews, Crystal Gaskins (Kenny), Alton Smith (Christy), Lauren Ipock, Joe Chance (Margaret), James Chance (Sandra) and Kevin Ipock; his caregivers, Joy, Katrina and Ashley; and his close friends, Donald and Vicki Heath.
