He was predeceased by: his sister Jeanette Avery. He is survived by: his children, Denise Willey (Josh Willey) of New Bern, Celeste Bryan (Harry Bryan) of New Bern and Kevin Gaskins (Angie) of Birmingham, AL. He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
