Helen B. Worthington Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 6, 2024, at the age of 80, Helen B. Worthington of Vanceboro, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Helen shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Helen farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Briley and Mattie Briley. She is survived by: her husband L. F. Worthington; her daughters, Lisa Livingston (Jeff) and Suzanne Dail; and her grandchildren, Jack Livingston, Nicholas Livingston, Mattie Livingston, Austin Gay, Caleb Gay and Grace Dail. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wilkerson Funeral Home & Crematory - Greenville (2100 E 5th St, Greenville, NC 27858). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
