It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Grace Rouse Cole of Vanceboro, North Carolina, who passed away on September 6, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Sidney L. Cole, Sr.; and her siblings, William "Bill" Rouse and Ann Rouse Stalls. She is survived by: her children, Connie Cox (Wayne), Sidney Cole (Jeannette), Shirley Rouse (Jackie), Cathy Cole, Jeanette Barr and Bruce Cole (Ann). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
The family requests that no flowers be sent for the service. In lieu, please consider a memorial contribution to a charity of your choice in Mrs. Grace's name.
