She was predeceased by: her parents, William Monroe Stowe Sr. and Velma Morris Stowe; her brother William Monroe Stowe, Jr. (Bill); and her grandchildren, Angel Cartwright, Misty Cartwright and David Cartwright.
She is survived by: her husband Arvon (Al); her son Eddie Glonek (Aileen) of St Johns, Arizona; her sisters, Natalie Swindell of Hatteras and Belle Hedrick (Michael) of Rocky Mount; and her grandchildren, Matthew Cartwright (Melinda) of Hatteras, Krista King (Donnie) of Hatteras, Lauren Little, Tiffany Little, Christian Little of Blackjack, Jillian Webster (William Willis) of Hatteras and Laura Glonek of St. Johns. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
