He is survived by: his wife Linda Crawford Grizzard; his daughters, Tammy Grizzard Cox (Steve), Cindy Grizzard and Cheryl Grizzard Hill; his grandchildren, Brittany Gaylor, Nathanael Hill, Chanse Killy and Brandon Garris; and his nieces and nephews, Frances Glisson (David), Shirley Culverhouse, Faye Hardee (Gerald) and Ethel Theike.
