It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Meadows (Vanceboro, North Carolina), who passed away on February 26, 2020, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Jessia Meadows; and her parents, Harry Duncan and Syble Bivens Duncan. She is survived by: her sons, Ray Meadows of Vanceboro and Jesse Meadows (Angela) of Stella; her siblings, Dreama Duncan Meadows of Maysville, Sandra Duncan Watson of Swansboro, Brenda Joyce Pierce of Swansboro, Melody Duncan of Swansboro and Billy Joe Duncan of Stella; and her grandchildren, Andy, Alex, Austin, Aaron, Amber and Allen. She is also survived by four Great grandchildren.
