With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Clyde Russell Connour Jr. of Vanceboro, North Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Clyde Russell left this world on December 19, 2024 at the age of 82, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Russell and Gladys Gabbard Connour; his wife Patricia Ann Connour; his siblings, Ruthie Groves, Judy Gibson and Donnie Connour; and his daughter-in-law Barbara Connour.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Connour of New Bern and Crystal Connour; his son-in-law Fain Worthington of Grifton; and his grandchildren, Thomas, Jessica Connour, Travis and Calob Worthington. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Grifton Depot (528 Queen St, Grifton, NC 28530).
