He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix "Bud" Harper and Charity Arleen Harper; and his brother Herbert Allen Harper. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Denise Harper; his sons, Felix Ervin Harper (Niki) and Chad Michael Harper (Vanessa); and his grandson Elijah Allen Harper.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Farmer Funeral Service (109 Second St, Ayden, NC 28513). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
