We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2024, at the age of 76, Brenda Walls Allen of Vanceboro, North Carolina, born in Lenoir, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Brenda Walls is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Brenda Walls' spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmy Walls and Almeta Walls; and her brothers, Gerald Branson Walls (Doc), Wayne Dawson Walls (Sam) and Jimmy Lee Walls, Jr. (Bud).
She is survived by: her husband Charles Hugh Allen; her children, Amanda Allen Potter (Corey Reaves) and Matthew Charles Allen (Ashton); and her granddaughters, Eleanor Noelle Potter and Lena Elizabeth Zurface. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Farmer Funeral Service (109 Second St, Ayden, NC 28513). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
