She is survived by: her children, Nannette McKeel (Wayne), Mac Spruill (Barbara) and Neal Spruill (Suzanne); her grandchildren, Eddie McKeel (Chrystal), Michael McKeel (Robin), Misty Renfrow (Vince), Kenny Spruill, Derek Spruill (Sarah), Brian Edwards (Debi), Courtney Jones (Cecil) and Jimmy Stephens; her sister Loretta King; and her sisters-in-law, Lillie Ipock and Celia Whitford (Dalton). She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Wilkerson Funeral Home - Vanceboro (608 Farmlife Ave, Vanceboro, NC 28586). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
