She is survived by: her husband Jim Booth; her sons, Brian Booth (Heather) and Dail Booth (Cindy); her siblings, Judy Dail Bowen (Mike) and Jolly Dail (Sherri); her siblings-in-law, Bill, Emily Booth, George, Susan Booth, Danny and Cathy Booth Robinson; and her caregivers, Kim and Shantell. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
