She was predeceased by: her parents, Lenora Davis and Audy Davis; her brother Tommy Davis; and her son Buddy Kirkman. She is survived by: her husband William C. Wilson; her children, Patricia Kirkman, Arlene Griffin, Haywood Sawyer, Jr. (Daniela) and Michael Sawyer (Veronica); her stepsons, Timothy Wilson (Shelby) and David Wilson (Lynn); and her siblings, Ann Davis, Charlie Davis and Johnny Davis. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wilkerson Funeral Home - Vanceboro (608 Farmlife Ave, Vanceboro, NC 28586). A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Vanceboro Cemetery.
