With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alene Register of Vanceboro, North Carolina, who passed away on November 8, 2020 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Augustus Atkinson and Beatrice Leona Hardy Atkinson; her brother Paul, Jr.; and her husband William Carl Register. She is survived by: her children, Carlene Zsiga, Duane Register and William Register; and her sisters, Lois Jones and Nonie Atkinson of Raleigh. She is also survived by five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
