He is survived by: his wife Marie Cornett Calloway of Valle Crucis; his son Barry Dean Reece (Shannon) of Granite Falls; his grandsons, Greg Beach and Eric Reese (Crisandra Ashley); his great grandchildren, Leah Beach Horton (Anthony) and Gillian Reese; his great great grandchildren, Katie Beach and Kaleb Horton; and his sister Mae Belle Calloway Reid.
