She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Edgar Bivens and Annie Rosie Hoyle Bivens; and her husband Larry Edward Cook. She is survived by: her children, Chrystal Cook Price of Granite Falls and Steven Cook of Hickory; her granddaughter Ashlyn Price; her brother Ricky Bivens (Cynthia) of Blackburn; and her pets, Daisy and Ellie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
