He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilford Rush Jake Sain and Mary Nettie Richardson Sain; his brother Hubert; his sister-in-law Gladys Sain; and his great-nephew Jason Rush Sain.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Dr. Larry Sain (Beth), Tracy Sain, Lynn Smith (Tommy) and Karen Sain (Renee); his great-nephews, Andy Sain (Kristina), Thomas Smith (Bethanne) and Daniel Smith (Sara); his close friends, Buddy Sain, Ronnie Sain, Clay Leatherman, David Hoover and Jack Hoover; his caregivers, Becky Arias, Jennifer Arias, Ann Brown, Cherish Carter, Melissa Hendrick, Jane Jordan, Rita Bivens, Holly Young, Bobbi Auton, Tillie Willis, Haley Warlick and Amanda Hendrick; and also, Susannah, Caroline and Stella Smith.
