He is survived by: his sisters, Darlene Lewis (Bryan) of Fallston and Patricia Davis of Vale; his close friend Cindy Stines of Lincolnton; his nieces and nephews, Josh Lewis, Garrett Lewis, Robert Davis, Rebecca Upton and Robin Davis; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jacob Upton, Courtney Tonsing, Destiny Kowaleski, Luke Davis, Lillie Mae Davis, Hudson Lewis, Hadley Lewis and McKinley Lewis.
